Why is this the only app that doesn't update automatically? I go to sign in and it tells me the app is out of date. I mean, if the app knows it's out of date it, why isn't it updating itself? Overall the app is useful and much easier to use than their cumbersome website. It's lacking features like messages details on the claims such as DIN numbers for medications etc.

App has been updated and is working properly on my Pixel 7 Pro. Makes navigating my benefits on the fly quick and easy. I can find providers, submit claims, and more all from the convenience of my phone.

The app is so useful for uploading receipts right away from appointments. However, it's super glitchy and you have to uninstall/reinstall continuously. In terms of health care providers, they have the best website and tracking of your claims.
